How Angler Legend handles your data — short, honest, no fine print.

What we store
When you visit, an anonymous player account is created with a random id, kept in a technical cookie (al_uid) — no name, no email. Your play is saved to that account: catches, bankroll, gear, in-game position, notes and nickname. A cookie also remembers your language choice (al_locale).
Email — only if you choose
To secure your account you can add an email address and receive a sign-in link (sent via the email service Postmark). The address is used solely for sign-in and account security — never for marketing without your explicit yes, and never sold or shared.
What we don't do
No ad tracking, no third-party ad networks, no selling of data. Visitor statistics are anonymous and built not to follow you across the web.
Real water data
The lakes and waters in the game come from open national registers (see Sources & method). They contain no personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time (GDPR). Write to hello@anglerlegend.com from the address your account is secured with — or from the device holding the anonymous account — and we'll help.
